I'm Professor Gooch, your instructor for American Government POLSC 2003. I hope you all will find this class to be a rewarding experience as we work our way through the various aspects, institutions, and theories of American Government. I want you to feel free to e-mail me with any questions or concerns you have about the class 24/7. There are two major components to the instructional material for the class: 1) Lecture Notes and 2) the "New Democracy" book by Fiorina 3) "Clued into Politics". Both will be intergal for taking and, of course, passing the exams. The Lectures are posted here as a reference. However, DO NOT rely only on the power points, as my lectures include additional information not contained on these presentations. Class attendance is intergal to success. Good luck!
