I'm Professor Gooch, your instructor for American Government POLSC 2003. I hope you all will find this class to be a rewarding experience as we work our way through the various aspects, institutions, and theories of American Government. I want you to feel free to e-mail me with any questions or concerns you have about the class 24/7. There are two major components to the instructional material for the class: 1) Lecture Notes and 2) the Kernell & Jacobsen book. Both will be intergal for taking and, of course, passing the exams. The Lectures are posted here as a reference. However, DO NOT rely only on the power points, as my lectures include additional information not contained on these presentations.
