BASICS
I have 2 rooms I'm renting out in my House. First come, First Serve for suitable renters
-Rent for Larger Room: $320 + 1/3 utilities
-Rent for Smaller Room: $290 + 1/3 utilities
-12 month lease starting in August (though move-in can be earlier)
-Close to Campus (a/b 15 minute walk) and we're close to a busline
- Private Baths (one for each tennant)
- Washer/Dryer on site
- shared office for use of the two renters
- full ethernet access in all bedrooms and office

MORE INFO
-Rooms are a bit on the small side but house is spacious and has character
- Full Cable including HBO & Starz
- Furnished Living Room (w/ Big Screen and PS2), Furnished Kitchen
- Game Room (poker, darts, maybe pool table)
- Big front porch, enclosed back porch, and spacious backyard
- storage shack in the back

EXPECTATIONS
- reasonably quiet and financially responsible individuals
- must provide references
- $350 deposit + first month's rent required upon signing
- easy going and mostly-clean folks

ABSOLUTE NO'S
- criminal record (felonies)
- in door pets above rodent size
- inside smoking
